This is one of the newest releases from Sugino, and the design harks back to the famous Mighty Competition chainrings of the 1970's and 80's.
Although these chainrings use modern design and manufacturing processes, the shape and pattern give it a very classic look, perfect for even a vintage steel bike.
The chainring is essentially a Sugino Zen NJS chainring with the cut outs giving it that retro look.
But rest assured this is a pro-racing quality product, made in Japan alongside the Zen and 75 models.
Perfectly suited to track racing, this is also one of the most reliable, smooth, straight chainrings available for your street bike too, of course!
The Sugino Mighty Competition model, requires a standard 1/8 size track chain, and has a bolt pattern of 144 pcd, to suit crank sets such as Sugino 75, Sugino Grand Mighty, Shimano Dura Ace and Suntour.
