Super rare NJS certifed/stamped keirin track frame, built in Ibaraki Ken, Japan. It is very hard to find these beautiful OSCA frames in Japan. Aero stays, thin tubing, classic flat top fork crown, metallic icy green paint. Nice large 57cm size. There is a medium sized dent on the top tube, so you might also want to grab a kashimax top tube protector to cover it up!
