Sorry for being so late to add the latest LOOP! Actually #4 is dropping on the 17th of March in Japan. This is the best track bike mag in Japan, with plenty of shop info, new parts/frames, news, DIY

tutorials, and feature track bikes. I am in this one, with a weird/cool Cinelli road bike I built for a customer in the Osaka store! It is 99% track bike focused, with a sprinkling of road and bmx bikes.

Nagasawa design fork crown/lugs!

The classic love heart fork crown designed by Nagasawa… soon this will be available for purchase at tracksupermarket.com by framebuilders around the world. I have been trying hard to get some good lost wax lugs to those of you who have emailed me over the last few years. Up until now I have not been able to get them for a competitive price. I have also sourced aero fork crowns which are sloping, as well as bb shells, and full lug sets. Also, ‘end’ sets are available, including fork and rear ends. These are the lugs that are used by many NJS Keirin frame builders. I will by later including tubing from Kaisei.

I have been hunting/buying/selling and riding japanese keirin frames pretty religiously for several years now, taking advantage of the wealth of great builders in my adopted country! But to be honest, there are still many things that I have never touched or even seen in person. A customer came in to my Osaka shop yesterday who rode a VENUS. …. that is a rare beast. I had never seen one before. Just a week before, I saw the first Yamamoto NJS frame in my life, as well. I will post pics of that later. Something else that does not come up very often, or at least, does not fall in the hands of a far-from-pro keirin senshuu like me, is a brand new, never touched, never built-up, never greased up NJS frame! Well, apart from a Panasonic custom order at least. I was lucky to receive 2 brand new large Bridgestone / Anchor frames a few weeks ago. They are just amazing. New NJS Keirin track frames from Japan

About 15 new frames have come through the shop over the last 10 days, including 9 NJS keirin frames, which are up on the web store, or are

going to be within 24 hours. Some nice large frames, strange funny frames, dented cheap frames, and pristine brand new, never built up frames!

All have come from pro keirin racers in Japan, who no longer need the frames….good for the rest of us! If this purple Samson does not sell soon, I might have to be greedy and take it for myself!

Xmas/NYE period…

I am very sorry to say that over the Japanese ShouGatsu period, from around the 29th to the 3rd of January, the post office is closed, and Gira Gira track bike shop in Osaka is also closed. Tracksupermarket.com is also going to be slow to reply to emails and ship orders over this 6 days. I will try to respond to emails on the 1st of January and onwards…..sorry to anyone who has been waiting for a reply for the last few days! I hope everyone has a great new years!
